Today officially marks the day where our tagline ("Taking money from Wall Street hobos since 2008") actually means something. Ironically, when we created that tagline earlier this – oops, I mean last – year, we had no idea that there really would be a lot of homeless, unemployed people in lower Manhattan.

Although we know we haven't been the most consistent commentary on the markets throughout 2008, we hope that you have enjoyed the posts we've shared. We put time and effort into each analysis, weekly review, editorial, strategy and Flophouse News post that we create. In the new year, you can rest assured that we will be putting even more time and effort into these and other types of posts, including book reviews and maybe even some video.

For those of you who visit regularly, we thank you and hope you keep coming back. And bring your friends! Seriously, don't hesitate to put poorbrothertom.com on your web pages, e-mail signatures, forum posts, blog comments, t-shirts, bumper stickers, ass tattoos and anywhere else you might think appropriate.

We look forward to sharing the excitement of the market in 2009 with you.
